Description

Although basic principles of project management may still apply, complex projects involve different managerial challenges that are related to their scale, significance and complexity. The aim of this module is to provide students with a more encompassing view and understanding of the real challenges and causes of risks in managing major projects that are necessary to effectively drive change in manufacturing/engineering organisations.
